Visionnaire to unveil the ‘Mythica Collection’ at Salone del Mobile 2022

Monumentalising its 60th edition, Salone del Mobile is all set for a resounding return this year with intriguing narratives weaved by over 2000 different designers from across the globe. The design and furniture fair will commence on the 7th of June 2022 and will continue till the 12th of June 2022. Iconic meta-luxury Italian lifestyle brand, Visionnaire will mark its 60th participation at Salone 2022, with an eco-futuristic vision while holding the reigns of its traditional values through its latest, Mythica collection. “We are pleased to narrate once again our philosophy of living inside the fair, in the choral approach of the Italian system. We are above all proud to celebrate such a prestigious anniversary – our sixtieth – together with the fair. This year, the focus will be entirely on sustainability. We are completely aligned, since 2017, with many activities to generate lower impact and the widest awareness of an ethical approach, which Visionnaire, now Benefit Company, has implemented concerning its ecosystem. This is also an opportunity to gather together, to reflect on and react to the changes in our way of living in the world and our homes during this truly challenging era,” shares Eleonore Cavalli, co-founder and art director of Visionnaire.

An abode is a sacred space which experiences our everyday rituals. It is a temple that is made of collective and individual memories and practices which define a 'home'. With its latest collection- Mythica, Visionnaire transcends beyond the context of architectural spaces and dwells on the individualistic lives that grant a meaning to home.

At Salone del Mobile 2022, Visionnaire’s pavilion is displayed as a house sanctuary by creating a subtle narrative of an abode through six thematic zones- the winter garden, the atrium, the convivium, today’s oasis, the alcove and the boudoir. The Italian lifestyle brand aims to symbolise spaces that prompt intense emotions and associative memories through the liveliness of an abode. They do this by reading through the interconnected everyday spaces as a direct reflection of the personalities of their inhabitants. The brand is all set to stage a ‘mythical’ ode to a home’s most intimate and powerful everyday rituals with the help of the brand’s long-term designers including, Alessandro La Spada, Mauro Lipparini, Draga&Aurel, m2atelier alongside fresh new perspectives from Studiopepe and Marta Naddeo, all of which work to give a creative imagination of a home as a simulacrum of its dwellers’ individual history.

Visionnaire presents the ‘Nature's Jewel Box 2022’ collection designed by the Hong Kong-based architect and designer Steve Leung, a tribute to the regenerating force of nature in relation to the radical changes taking place in the world. The capsule collection will be on view during the FuoriSalone of Milan in the Visionnaire Design Gallery. Aligning its brand values to provide the best quality products to its users, Visionnaire will be presenting the Mythica collection alongside their Starlight capsule collection — a platter of furniture pieces curated as an ode to universal symbols in nature. The Italian brand will also be upscaling its display at the Milan Design Week, with its NFT collection — a dialogue with Avant-garde art and a futuristic narrative of the brand’s linguistic DNA.
