Italian brand Davide Groppi announces its participation in 3daysofdesign, Denmark's leading design event taking place in Copenhagen from June 18 – 20, 2025. With a belief that light and design exist in a synergistic relationship with space, Davide Groppi joins the collaborative exhibition, Time Signature, hosted by File Under Pop. This design installation will bring together a curated selection of brands—Agape, Agape Casa, Garde Hvalsøe, V-ZUG and Davide Groppi—offering a rich dialogue of design, materials and innovation.
The design exhibition will be held at the File Under Pop Studio, Frederiksgade 1, 1st Floor, Copenhagen. Visitors can also explore Davide Groppi's work at File Under Pop Casa, located at Papirøen 36.
For Davide Groppi, designing with light is not just about illumination, but about shaping atmosphere and storytelling. The brand approaches interiors not as an isolated layer, but as a continuation of architecture—a seamless interplay between inside and outside, structure and emotion, function and poetic sensibility. Each lighting design project is conceived as a story, where every lamp design becomes a character, and every installation a narrative.
Innovation meets tradition in their work, blending honest materials, refined craftsmanship and cutting-edge technology. The result is a timeless design language that invites viewers into a sensory experience, rather than just a visual one.
With their solutions, the brand offers the possibility of composing light in space with maximum freedom. Like imaginary letters of an alphabet which enable us to create anagrams, words and stories. Stories are the projects of light: each of the lamps, each of the projects carries a story to tell. And sometimes, it is the story itself that stimulates the brand in the search for the new. "From here, our whole world develops. A world made of tools, of solutions that we call for light everywhere, of things made with hands, of ready-made, of play and irony and of proposals for outdoor light. Light becomes a wonderful opportunity to seduce and excite," the official release reads.
