Italian brand Lema has recently furnished a stunning apartment in the verdant London neighborhood of Wapping, right on the banks of the Thames, in collaboration with interior designer Laila Patel. Lema is renowned for its ability to create unique environments designed to offer unforgettable experiences. Each project becomes a unique work of art, capable of embracing guests in comfort, thanks to the use of high-quality materials that lend a timeless elegance to spaces.

Lema is the ideal partner for the comprehensive management of hospitality and residential projects, thanks to its close ties with the design community, investors, developers and contractors. This enables Lema to fully understand each specific need and adapt its language and production capabilities to meet the tailored requests of designers, hoteliers and end clients. Lema's philosophy is based on the importance of customisation, a hallmark of the brand. The company creates bespoke solutions for hospitality designs, multi-apartment complexes, private residencespublic spaces such as retail and corporate environments as well as student accommodations.

Various rooms in the luxurious London apartment feature Lema's furniture designs as protagonists. The open-plan living and dining area showcases the Groovy modular sofa, which combines rigid and soft elements, complemented by the LT40 TV unit and the Ortis coffee table. The dining area features the elegant Gullwing dining table with a Belgian blue-black reconstructed marble top and sleek painted metal legs. The bedroom features two Florens bedside tables in glossy lacquer, while the entryway is completed by a striking Selecta unit in matte lacquered avio and sand.

The Groovy sofa by Officinadesign Lema represents a play of interlocking rigid and soft forms, and encapsulates the essence of relaxation in a slender and streamlined structure. Like petals unfolding, its armrests open slightly outward, highlighting the soft cushioning. The balance between comfort and linearity, squared shapes and extra softness is the central point of the sofa design, which finds its fundamental characteristics in comfort and modularity.

David Lopez Quincoces designed LT40, a highly customisable modular design composed of containers and wall elements, designed in four configurations: floor-standing, sideboards, wall-mounted and boiserie. Ideal for any living space, LT40 stands out for the cleanliness of its essential lines and the wide range of aesthetic and functional customisation options.

Ortis is a family of coffee tables designed by Gabriele and Oscar Buratti with oval or round tops supported by a light structure of metal tubes. Available in various sizes and heights, the Ortis tables are designed for the living area, with the possibility of being partially inserted under the base of the sofa, transforming into functional surfaces.

The designers also conceived Gullwing, a table design system that stems from extensive research on the 'complex simplicity' of curvilinear forms and the volumetric richness they generate. Gullwing is characterised by the skillful combination of materials and the sculptural shapes of the base. Available in different shapes and sizes, they stand out for their complex simplicity and the volumetric richness of curvilinear forms.

The same designers are behind the Florens night storage units, a collection of drawer units, bedside tables and weekly drawers with essential and compact volumes. The geometric purity of monoliths of material and color is marked by the cut of the recessed profile of the handle, sometimes lateral and sometimes central. The care of proportions, slight offsets in the alignment of parts, and the material palette enriched by tops in wood, glossy or matte lacquer, or natural stone, characterise a group of sober and elegant product designs that are easy to fit with different beds.

Last but not least, welcoming guests from the entrance is Selecta, Lema's modular day system, a true bespoke product. With over 1,500 catalogue elements, Selecta offers endless compositional possibilities, adapting to any aesthetic and functional need, representing the ideal choice for multifunctional walls with integrated wiring.

This project in London's Wapping neighborhood once again showcases Lema's skill in transforming clients' visions into tangible and lasting realities. Thanks to the collaboration with Patel and the use of high-quality furnishings, Lema continues to redefine the concept of elegance and functionality, creating unique and distinctive environments that perfectly reflect the taste and needs of its clients.
