Artemide has always listened to the world, through research and through collaborations with those who design the spaces of present and future living. The 2024 collection by the Italian brand is an expression of these dialogues capable of bringing together the strength of different thoughts. The ongoing Milan Design Week serves as an opportunity to present the new visions of information and lighting design that Artemide is developing in cahoots with a series of international creatives and brands such as Microsoft.

The collaboration between Artemide and the great architects who design its collections also extends to various installations of the design festival such as The Amazing Walk by MAD Architects for Amazon, CITTÀ MINIERA: Design, Dismantle, Disseminate by Mario Cucinella Architects for Solferino28, Reflaction by BIG for Audi House of Progress. Furthermore, the brand  illuminates the external spaces and paths of the historic Villa Bagatti Valsecchi for Alcova.

Carrying on the heritage of the founder Ernesto Gismondi, Artemide combines creativity and measure, knowledge and know-how in a synthesis filtered by the values of environmental and social sustainability. The new collections interpret innovative design and ancient knowledge, they are flexible and transversal proposals capable of bringing good light into every space. The authors of the new product designs presented are BIG, Carlotta de Bevilacqua, Foster+Partners, Gulia Foscari, Herzog & de Meuron, Carolina Gismondi, Neil Poulton, Benedetta Tagliabue and Ersilia Vaudo. Elements such as Criosfera by Giulia Foscari and Lune d'acqua by Benedetta Tagliabue and Ersilia Vaudo 'illuminate' our spaces with good light and with messages, values and perspectives.

Transparency is the protagonist through the beauty of the hand-blown glass of Criosfera by Giulia Foscari, Boltons by Herzog & de Meuron and Alambicco by Neil Poulton, as well as through the innovation and essentiality of Somnium by Carlotta de Bevilacqua and Wish You Were Here by Carolina Gismondi.

Both the most traditional materials and the most innovative solutions integrate patented optical principles. All Artemide lighting relates to the space and well-being of those who live in it with parameters measured for perfect perception and great attention to energy consumption, which is increasingly reduced thanks to optoelectronic solutions that guarantee very high efficiencies.

Artemide also presents outdoor solutions such as Vea by Foster+Partners Industrial Design and Dreispitz by Herzog & de Meuron. Wish You Were Here and Discovery Dialogues are a tribute to Ernesto Gismondi, they interpret Discovery's patented technology while looking to the future.
