STRESA is the new living and dining collection in painted aluminum, designed for RODA by Piero Lissoni. With an essential and sophisticated design, presented in the Smoke finish, it’s a timelessly charming line, designed to easily fit into various contexts, both domestic and contract.
The name recalls the timeless elegance of Stresa, the pearl of Lake Maggiore, with its period villas and perfectly preserved Art Nouveau architecture.
STRESA is available in various outdoor furniture elements for a complete and coordinated proposal, ranging from living to dining, with a two or three-seater sofa, a rectangular table in two sizes, poufs and coffee tables, armchairs with armrests for dining and living.
In the sofas, the aluminum slat base on which the cushions rest dialogues with the perforated sheet metal backrest with a small diamond pattern, a detail that enhances the design of the collection and is even more evident in the lounge armchair with a high backrest. The top of the tables and coffee tables, made of stoneware, creates a refined material contrast with the base, providing additional resistance and versatility. The pouf system, available in single or double versions, can integrate a coffee table, transforming into a double seat or a combination of seat and support surface.
With STRESA, RODA continues to explore the dialogue between tradition and innovation, between quality and technology, with a constant eye on environmental impact, starting with the choice of materials such as aluminum, which is light and resistant, but at the same time durable and completely recyclable.
