Tonino Lamborghini, owner of the eponymous lifestyle experience brand famous for its accessories and luxury real estate projects, has launched a luxury building that will be constructed in the refined neighbourhood of Jardins in São Paulo. “During the pandemic and the lockdowns we have all rediscovered our own homes. The new property called “Tonino Lamborghini Apartments”- 114 luxury apartments in a 27-floor building for a total of 8,000 square meters- is in collaboration with Gafisa which already invests in high-end iconic properties in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. “The project aims at reproducing the lifestyle, beauty and design of the Italian brand, whose characteristics can already be seen from the facade to the interior design in all common areas. In line with the brand identity, the facade will display sharp and well-defined lines, while the apartments will display interior design solutions that are designed and manufactured in Italy by Tonino Lamborghini," shares Guilherme Benevides, CEO da Gafisa Incorporadora e Construtora. “Thanks to the collaboration with Gafisa, “Tonino Lamborghini Apartments” will be a unique and exclusive real estate opportunity in the most prestigious district of São Paulo,” says Lamborghini.
An exclusive agreement has been signed with the Brazilian developer which holds the right of exclusivity for new Tonino Lamborghini real estate residential developments in São Paulo. The aim is to not only focus on São Paulo but also extend the project to the city of Rio de Janeiro as well. “Our goal is to create a new branded architectural landmark in one of the largest cities of South America”, says Tonino Lamborghini, founder and president of the homonymous Italian company,” he says.
The apartment building is strategically located, in a charming neighbourhood respite with a complete network of commerce and services. It is surrounded by lush parks with the most renowned restaurants in Sao Paulo with easy access to different modes of transportation.

The designers have paid attention to every detail to deliver ‘The premium Italian brand’ experience. “All the spaces in the common areas will display furniture and accessories imported directly from Italy, carefully designed with the signature of Tonino Lamborghini. The combination of this unique design with the sophistication of Jardins will make this project a new icon for the city," explains Gafisa’s Real Estate Director, Luis Fernando Ortiz.
The architecture is by Brazilian firm aflalo/gasperini arquitetos. The premium apartments feature 'Made in Italy' accessories from Tonino Lamborghini including luxury surfaces ceramic coatings made by Italcer Group-La Fabbrica, high-end furniture from Tonino Lamborghini Casa’s line made by the Tuscan company Formitalia Luxury Group, and faucets from the Water Design collection by Paini Spa. Cafes, stores, and restaurants by Tonino Lamborghini will be available at the ground floor of the building.
