Capdell returns to Salone del Mobile in Milan after a two-year hiatus to present its latest advancements in furniture and interior design. The brand’s latest launches will be on display from 7th June 2022 till 12th June 2022, at Pavilion 6, Stand B23 of the design fair. The renowned Valencian manufacturing company has developed Ulis, Nodal and Loop collections alongside other novelty products by aligning forces with the iconic global designers- Sebastian Herkner, Luca Nichetto, Patrick Norguet, Claesson Koivisto Rune and Mario Ruiz. All the designers draw attention to versatility, comfort and adaptability in design to make featureful additions to Capdell's banner.
Capdell continues its expression of elegance and functionality in its designs following the developing trends in interior design while focusing on sustainability and environmental sensitivity. The new furniture proposals, thanks to their shapes, materials, textures, and colours, are in line with its mission of offering highly innovative and quality design for interior spaces and contract environments. The settings created through Capdell’s furniture are a source of creativity and inspiration.
Firstly, the Ulis collection, designed by the German studio Sebastian Herkner, consists of the timeless contemporary designs of the armchair, the chair and the footrest. The design studio worked to create a soft aesthetic which stands out with its curved lines that are formulated to wrap and embrace the user in a comfortable reclining position. The products are space friendly and welcoming with an option of black metallic legs or a single black rotating tube as the central foot.
Furthermore, the Nodal sofa system by Luca Nichetto has also been developed as an elegant solution for modern interior requirements. The designer curated the product with the possibility of multiple configurations appertaining the spatial needs and characteristics. From an individual basic armchair to two or three-seater sofa configurations, he creates functional extensions to suit a variety of compositions.
Another addition to Capdell’s preview is the Loop collection. A family of ergonomically shaped and versatile chairs designed by the Paris based designer Patrik Norguet. The chair has been conceived to provide maximum comfort while perfectly adapting itself to the contour of the user’s back. The Loop chair is righteously optimum for an office setting with a variety of customisable options, making it adaptive to any space. All of Capdell’s collectables can be draped in fabrics from the company’s catalogue to create a perfect interior look.
Founded in 1967 in Valencia, Spain, Capdell has always committed itself to providing furnishing solutions which are in tune with trends, needs and sustainability. They specialise in manufacturing residential and commercial furniture which holds the dialect of durability and liveability through transmitting emotions. Through responsible management and careful selection of materials and processes, it has managed, over the years, to balance the impact on the environment.
