A multidisciplinary collective more than a classical architecture firm, Uchronia has built a reflective oeuvre by creating encompassing "places of experience", blurring the barriers between technique and creativity. The France-based studio conquers spaces and transforms them through their characteristic artistic and architectural vision and visual identity.

The studio's largest outdoor art installation, Le Grand Bouquet, was unveiled at the grounds of Coachella 2025 in California, United States. Though the desert heat is intense, Coachella occurs in spring, a season associated with renewal and blooming. Uchronia drew inspiration from the wildflower super blooms of Palm Springs, breathing life into Le Grand Bouquet, a "joyful tribute to this fleeting beauty", as the studio mentions in a press release.

At the centre of the large-scale installation, a 10-metre (32-foot) high bouquet of oversized inflatable flowers stood tall—a landmark strategically designed to bring people together. This towering structure was surrounded by six satellite bouquets, creating a constellation of floral sculptures across the grounds of the music festival. Crafted from vibrant, stretchy vinyl, each flower featured a simple six-petal form—a universal shape extracted from childhood memories. As the sun set, the flowers softly glowed, transforming the landscape into a magical, dreamlike forest of light.

Visitors of the festival were invited to relax beneath the main bouquet on petal-shaped bean bags—to gaze at the stars, find shade, reconnect with friends, or simply pause. Positioned in front of the main stage, Le Grand Bouquet served as a meeting point and a beacon—a symbol of orientation, joy and collective gathering. More than a visual spectacle, the immersive installation was an offering—a place to slow down, to connect and to experience a sense of wonder. “Under the sun and the stars, we hope it brings moments of joy to everyone who passes through,” the French designers say in the official release.
