Fiandre Architectural Surfaces, a brand of Iris Ceramica Group leading in the production of high range full-bodied porcelain surfaces, has a presence in over 100 countries throughout the world with a wide choice of solutions for floors and coverings and furniture which range from the contract to the wellness and residential industry, and from the medical to the leisure industry, responding to all building and living requirements. Right from the very start, Fiandre was strongly motivated towards its connotation as an innovative company, with high technological content and forward-looking vision. It was the first of the companies in the industry to believe in porcelain stoneware and in a 20x20 cm format, which was considered remarkable in the 1960s.

Starting from 2011, Fiandre introduced Maximum: its innovative 300x150 cm format that combines the established, classical characteristics that have always set Fiandre’s porcelain surfaces as being top of the range, with new very high-performance qualities: strength, lightweight and ductility. Maximum aims to offer a new architectural concept that goes beyond that of an individual slab. Active Surfaces, launched in 2009, is an advanced architectural surface covering which relies on the cleansing effects of photocatalytic substances which are added to the porcelain stoneware during production thanks to an exclusive process developed by Iris Ceramica Group and certified according to ISO standards. A key account sector was developed, enabling the company to communicate and grow in the presence of Italian leaders such as Ferrari, Fendi, Fiat, Armani and to introduce Italian tradition to foreign giants like Dior, Jaguar, Givenchy and Nike. 

Fiandre today continues with undeniable success along a path marked by victory, consolidating its business in all the markets acquired over the years, creating a widespread network of FAB Fiandre Architectural Bureau showrooms which became leading-edge examples for the world of architecture.
